    Unfortunately that is one of the issues that they cannot fix until they actually get out there, If they mentioned 'network crew' of 'network case', it can take up to 10 working days. If it has been assigned to the local crews it shouldn't be more than a few days.

    a strange one alright - we still have 1mb out 7 down which is grand - don't understand how "noise" prevents us from 20mb but allows us 7mb -

    It's an issue that affects the digi tv service too. Basically the noise/interference limits the amount of signal being taken in by the service, in your case 7mb, with digi tv it may mean a few missing channels or some freezing. It means we are still sending out the signal 100% and your are connected to the network 100% but your intake is limited.
